WINDOOR-TECH 2023 Gold Medals awarded!
Traditionally, before the start of the WINDOOR-TECH fair, we meet the winners of one of the most prestigious and recognizable fair awards in our country - the MTP Group Gold Medal. The competition appreciates innovation, ingenuity and modernity. The jury decided to award six gold medals.
The Gold Medal of Grupa MTP is awarded to products, services and solutions that are characterized by the highest quality of materials used, innovative solutions or those manufactured based on the highest-class technologies available on the market. These products will set technological trends in windows joinery!

SL6 FF TR 6-head numerically controlled welder
The SL6 FF TR robot is used for positive joining of PVC frames with posts and crossbars of any shape and very different surfaces (foil, aluminium covers, veneers, etc.), also with reinforcement inside the profile (inserts of fibreglass or composite), resulting in a rounded outer rear edge in a welded corner − it is still the only such solution in the world market. It enables the joining of profiles without the need for their subsequent treatment, which greatly simplifies and shortens the production process. The machine allows to produce woodwork of very high quality parameters.
FABCUT 3B RS Machining and cutting centre
FABCUT 3B RS is the most modern modular machining and cutting centre. The world premiere of the machine will take place during the BUDMA WinDoor-tech 2023 fair. Earlier models, which are used with great success by manufacturers of joinery, were the basis for the creation of the 3B RS model. The construction of individual FABCUT 3B RS modules allows for maintaining the compact size of the machine, which is important from the point of view of the amount of space occupied in the production hall, while ensuring the highest efficiency and quality of machining.

DCM2 − Numerically controlled aluminium corner pressing tool
Difficult things become easy. With our technology, the role of the operator is reduced to scanning the barcode so that the knives lined up automatically to the profile system. The measuring camera working as a feeler gauge and process preview element allow the correct setting of profiles in an extremely easy way providing exceptional quality of corner profile joints.
