World premiere fair - WINDOOR-TECH 2025 exhibitors are preparing an offer

During the WINDOOR-TECH fair, the most important meeting with the participation of producers and distributors of machines and components for the production of windows, doors, gates and facade systems, exhibitors prepare unique exhibitions at their stands. The event will take place on February 11-14, 2025. at the Poznań International Fair. From aluminum to PVC and wood

As part of the WINDOOR-TECH exhibition, visitors will be able to look for tools, machines and technologies regardless of their production profile. Exhibitors are already announcing the presentation of offers addressed to companies specializing in wooden, PVC and aluminum joinery. - The next fair will be extremely important for our company, because we will want to show several new products. This year, we want to emphasize our established presence and experience in the production of aluminum joinery, but not only that. The machine we will show is a HIGH-TECH industry, characterized by a high level of R&D and perfectly matching the current trends in the development of technological and organizational transformation of enterprises, increasing the digitization of products and services for Industry 4.0. In turn, for the PVC window industry, we will show our newest and most modern Q-FORM PREMIUM 4-head welding machine. Unlike the competition, it is a multifunctional machine that allows welding profiles using the flashless method as well as the traditional method, e.g. with a V-nut, and even using HFL technology. Most importantly, the machine can operate in HI-SPEED fast welding technology, which translates into much higher efficiency than traditional machines, reaching 320 welded elements per 8-hour shift! The machine allows you to weld the posts or even screw them on the welding machine. – says Natalia Bubień from URBAN Polska. In turn, the offer addressed to wooden joinery producers will be presented by, among others: NESTRO, which now reveals what should particularly attract visitors to the exhibitor's stand during the WINDOOR-TECH fair. These are mobile NE dust collectors in five performance classes for indoor installation, meet all standards regarding dust residues, noise emissions and suction power.

- NE series dust collectors are ideal for joinery in all dust removal processes where we deal with dry wood dust and dry wood shavings with maximum humidity up to 30%. Importantly, thanks to the tests and certificates received at the institute in Germany, this series of dust collectors separates wood dust with a residual H3 dust content of less than 0.1 mg/m3, which is a very safe value for production workers. The maximum efficiency of the largest NE350 J dust collector is as much as 8,000 m3/h. – assures Radosław Gliński, managing director at NESTRO.

World premieres and new openings The WINDOOR-TECH exhibition will include equipment such as industrial manipulators intended for the construction industry, including joinery.

The exhibitor is planning the world premiere of a new device - the VacuMaster Panel system - at the WINDOOR-TECH and Budma fairs. This innovative solution enables safe and precise handling of large panels used in the construction of industrial and logistic halls and, among others, roofs. Thanks to its modular design and special suction cups, the system perfectly copes with elements of various lengths and weight, reaching a load capacity of up to 400 kg. ELUMATEC announces a completely new "opening" at the WINDOOR-TECH fair

- In this edition, the Elumatec stand will be unique, because for the first time in Poland we will appear in the colors of the entire Voilap Group. This means that at the stand you will be able to find machines from Elumatec, Someco and Emmegi. Elumatec Polska will present the latest five-axis machining and cutting center for aluminum and thin-walled steel profiles - SBZ 145. The machine is addressed to joinery manufacturers who have non-standard processing needs. It is distinguished by its compact design, high flexibility and comprehensive processing. For working with aluminum, we will also present the new DG 102 saw for cutting profiles. Under the Someco brand, the following will be presented: an advanced and high-performance SBZ 625 processing and cutting center for PVC profiles, a four-head Someco SVL4H corner welding machine for flash-free production, a CM4H profile contouring machine from the front for flash-free welding and a DG 142 XL saw. Most of the machines presented at our stand are the latest designs. – declares Mariusz Krukowski, general director of ELUMATEC. The exhibitor emphasizes that ELUMATEC's offer is very wide and responds to the needs of virtually every joinery manufacturer, and the company's machines are used by both small producers and the largest global giants. - Recently, we have been observing a strong trend of increasing the production of aluminum joinery, which is associated with a greater demand for machines from this segment. Rising energy prices, implementation of Corporate Sustainability projects and increasingly stringent requirements of EU climate regulations, including decarbonization of production processes, require the implementation of new technologies. Voilap has been working for a long time on implementing solutions to reduce the emission intensity of its production in order to meet these requirements. New machines are also equipped with devices that, for example, allow energy recovery and thus reduce energy consumption. Responding to market needs

Cranes play a key role in window joinery, enabling safe and precise lifting and assembly of heavy elements, such as large windows or frames. CB ALUMINUM SYSTEM will present such an offer at its stand, which increases work safety and minimizes the need for employees to manually transport heavy objects.

-This year we want to show our flagship devices for window installation. These will be light cranes for work indoors and on paved surfaces with lifting capacities from 280 to 600 kg, cranes on a crawler chassis with the "Pick & Carry" function used in difficult terrain with lifting capacities of 900 to 2000 kg, as well as a TGT HighCrane 1000 crane with a reach of up to 19 m and a lifting capacity of up to 1000 kg "Pick & Carry" function. MANETTI DESIGN will take care of how to stand out from the competition with a non-standard design. - During the fair, we will promote decorative foils for outdoor use. This is new in our offer. We address it to manufacturers who use this type of foil to decorate and protect their products. We observe that companies expect more and more flexibility from suppliers when it comes to minimum order quantities and at the same time are looking for opportunities to stand out from the competition.
